




At Sener, we are looking to add a **Junior Software Developer** for **Test Equipment (EGSEs)** to our Electromechanical Systems (SEM) division in Madrid (Tres Cantos). The Electromechanical Systems (SEM) division has been one of the leading suppliers of electromechanical systems to the world's major space agencies (NASA, ESA, JAXA, and Roscosmos) since 1995. **What you will do:** You will join a multidisciplinary team (hardware, software, and mechanical) developing equipment used to test control electronics and mechanisms for antenna pointing systems, robotic docking and anchoring, telescope focusing and scanning systems, among others. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyzing equipment requirements * Developing new PC application software * Maintaining existing software by adding new features and fixing bugs * Developing and managing source code under Git version control * Deploying and validating application software for test equipment during certification or production campaigns * Defining software validation procedures **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Electronic, Industrial, or Telecommunications Engineering * Advanced level of English * At least 2 years of experience in PC application development (GUI, frontend, and backend) * Programming skills in object-oriented languages such as C\+\+, Python, or similar * Knowledge of operating systems.
