**Job Description:** At Comidas Populares, we are the leading company in our sector within our province, seeking a Finance and Human Resources Director who wants to play a key role in our growth. We are a company with two business lines: social and corporate catering, and a food manufacturing operation focused on high-quality products and efficient production. We are looking to add to our team a strategic, committed, and multifunctional professional capable of leading financial and people management, contributing to the company's sustainability, culture, and development. **Main Responsibilities:** ***Finance*** * Overall financial planning and control of the company. * Support to accounting functions. * Supervision of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. * Cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable. * Liaison with banking institutions, suppliers, and tax authorities. * Support in strategic decision-making based on financial indicators. ***Human Resources*** * Design and implementation of HR policies aligned with company values. * Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Management of work environment, organizational development, and internal culture. * Administration of vacations and compliance with labor laws. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Proven experience in similar roles. * Strong financial analysis skills and strategic business vision. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and analysis is essential. * Experience working with ERPs, especially Navision or Business Central. * Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in people management. * Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and strong organizational capacity. * Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on results. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a company with social impact and commitment. * A key role offering autonomy and growth potential. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
