Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, medical, government affairs, regulatory, etc). **Requirements** * University degree in health sciences, economics, statistics or related fields. * Experience in market access, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) departments. * Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement processes, as well as national and regional access under Spanish legislation. * Strong analytical skills. * Influence and communication abilities. * Fluent spoken and written English (C1\). * Proficiency in MS Office tools. **Desirable:** * Master’s degree in Market Access and HEOR preferred. * Initiative and creativity to propose solutions. Job responsibilities include: * Microbiological analysis of product samples, equipment, IPC, cleaning validations, and raw materials (total aerobic count, mold and yeast count, endotoxin testing) * Environmental microbiological sampling and analysis (clean rooms and process water). * Preparation of culture media, solutions, and materials. * Work and sample collection under aseptic conditions (work in clean rooms/laminar flow hoods). * Handling, cultivation, and characterization of microorganisms. * Maintenance and cleaning of equipment. * Maintenance and cleaning of workstations and laboratory areas. * Documentation of tests according to procedures and management within computer systems. * Use of computer tools (user level): Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Biology, Microbiology, Health Biology, Biotechnology (or related fields) * Practical laboratory work experience. * Responsible, organized individual with strong organizational and adaptability skills, time management, multitasking ability, willingness, and capability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced team environment. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Professional experience as a microbiology technician in testing laboratories, quality control, or biotechnological manufacturing environments (especially in aseptic areas) within the pharmaceutical sector or related industries (familiarity with the tasks described above). * English language skills (desirable) **What We Offer:** We are curious minds coming from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
