Work schedule consists of **ROTATING SHIFTS M/T/N** from Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will be: * Perform inspections on electromechanical systems, locate electrical, mechanical and hydro-pneumatic failures, and diagnose their causes. * Disassemble electromechanical equipment and reassemble components once repaired or replace them with new ones. * Repair damaged mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic components (fix connectors, tighten screws, remove obstructions in pipes...). * Adjust parameters on electromechanical equipment (vibrations, noise, speed...) and set them up properly (lubricate, screw and secure components, check dimensions...). * Inspect and adjust machines, equipment, production lines and industrial systems. **Requirements:** --------------- * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics and automation. * Experience in maintenance of automated machinery, at least 3 years. * Knowledge of Siemens PLCs for detecting and resolving faults in continuous process production lines. * Hydraulics, pressure, flow and regulation; pneumatics, pressure drops and actuators; electricity and measuring instruments. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and symbols, knowledge of transmission and lubrication systems, metrology, current safety and occupational hygiene regulations, as well as low-voltage regulations. * Welding skills, industrial maintenance, programmable logic controllers, installation of electronic equipment and systems are highly valued.
