At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for **Full Stack (Java and Angular) data-oriented profiles with at least 5 years of experience** to join a major public administration project, on a long-term basis with an indefinite contract. You will be responsible for: * Translating business requirements into technical specifications. * Designing and implementing data architectures, models, and data flows with the integration of **relational technologies and Big Data.** * **Implementing applications**, APIs, and services to generate, store, and query data. * Technological evolution of the data solution by defining components. * End-to-end development of functionalities included in the specifications to ensure solution delivery. * Responsible for monitoring releases defined under **Agile principles.** * Profile of a Solution Architect and Full Stack Developer, passionate about technology and data. It will be an added advantage if you have experience working with Big Data technologies and application development. The ability to communicate insights and stories through data is important. * Front-end technologies: Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery * Back-end technologies: Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM * Basic knowledge of integrations with NoSQL/SQL * Continuous integration tools: Maven, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins * Best practices: knowledge and application of good programming practices such as SOLID principles, TDD, Design Patterns, and Refactoring. * We will value any experience you can bring to the team working with the following technologies, although it is not mandatory—you can learn on the job! * Graphs and Semantic Web: GraphDB, RDF, OWL, SPARQL. * Databases and Big Data Technologies: Elasticsearch, Kafka, Kafka Connect, Redis, Spark (Streaming & Dataframes), HDFS, HBase. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry and/or consulting. **How will you work?** Remote work: Hybrid mode.
