Senior .NET Developer At CAS Training — a leading technology consulting, outsourcing, and specialized training company with over 20 years of experience — we are seeking several Senior .NET Developers for innovative, top-tier projects: * Senior .NET Blazor Developers (.NET Core) * .NET Framework \+ SQL Developers **Main Responsibilities:** **For Blazor / .NET Core profiles:** * Design and develop business applications using ASP.NET Blazor and .NET Core. * Implement robust and scalable solutions following coding best practices. * Integrate technologies such as Dapper, MudBlazor, and Radzen to enhance user experience. * Mentor other developers and share knowledge within the team. **For .NET Framework / SQL profiles:** * Perform application enhancements and resolve incidents in existing web applications. * Work with .NET Framework, WebForms, MVC, and SQL. * Analyze business logic, stored procedures, and perform reverse engineering when necessary. * Demonstrate strong analytical skills and autonomy in pre-implementation design and impact analysis. **Requirements:** * Blazor / .NET Core: \+3 years of development experience with .NET Core and Blazor. * .NET Framework / SQL: 2\-3 years of experience working with .NET Framework and SQL. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in teams. * Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is desirable. **Work Modality:** 100% on-site or hybrid in Madrid, depending on the project **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a dynamic, highly qualified, and expanding team. * Participation in innovative, top-tier projects. * Professional stability and career progression. * Permanent employment contract. * Free access to CAS Training’s annual training catalog. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. .NET, Blazor, SQL
