Would you like to contribute to expanding educational opportunities for children, girls, and young people, and support them in their personal and family development? We are seeking a person committed to socio-educational guidance and working with students, families, and educational centers.
**What will be your mission?**
Provide personalized and comprehensive support to students, addressing personal, family, and social barriers that may affect their educational trajectory, while promoting their continued enrollment and academic success.
**What will you do?**
Design and implement individual and family intervention plans tailored to each participant's needs.
Conduct tutoring and individualized student support, focusing on skills development, study habits, autonomy, motivation, and educational expectations.
Provide guidance and support to families, strengthening their relationship with educational institutions.
Coordinate with educational centers, social services, organizations, and other professionals to deliver integrated interventions.
Organize and facilitate group sessions and activities involving students and families.
Provide guidance on scholarships, financial aid, socio-educational resources, and training pathways.
Promote social participation, equal opportunities, and the defense of students’ rights.
Carry out awareness-raising and training activities in educational centers on equity, inclusion, and support for Roma students.
Participate in local and territorial coordination projects, networks, and forums.
Monitor, evaluate, and document interventions, preparing reports and working materials.
Contribute to creating safe and protective environments for children, girls, and adolescents, promoting their rights and well-being.

**Profile:**
**Education**
University degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Licentiate) in social or educational fields: Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Education, or related disciplines.
**Especially valued**
Training in Educational Guidance.
Training and experience in family support work.
Knowledge of the social and cultural reality of the Roma community and of groups facing socio-educational vulnerability.
Familiarity with local social and educational resources, as well as legislation and protocols concerning child protection.
**Experience**
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Experience in the educational field and in supporting minors experiencing socio-educational vulnerability.
**Digital competencies**
Proficiency in Office 365 and database management.
Good command of the Internet and social media.
**Other requirements**
Certificate of Sexual Offense Convictions.
**What we offer?**
Temporary replacement contract.
Start date: September.
Duration: Until the end of the temporary replacement period.
Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: €23,762.14 gross annual (full-time), according to the Collective Agreement of Fundación Secretariado Gitano.
