Description

In Fuenlabrada, personnel are sought for the manual handling and packaging of fine and delicate products. Tasks include careful labeling, visual quality control, and maintaining a clean and orderly workplace, in compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Work is conducted in teams within facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility, located in an accessible industrial park. Working hours are continuous morning shifts, from 07:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. The initial contract is temporary, starting in early August until October or November, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position if performance is satisfactory. The company provides necessary training and promotes an inclusive and respectful work environment. Remuneration complies with the Interprofessional Minimum Wage. Facilities are located in an industrial park in Fuenlabrada, with easy access and nearby public transportation. Disability certificate required. High manual dexterity, attention to detail, and precision in handling delicate materials. Ability to work in a team. Residence in Fuenlabrada or Humanes, or access to public transport to these areas. Having a personal vehicle is desirable. Minimum one year of experience in similar tasks. Basic knowledge of sorting, labeling, packing, and packaging of goods. No specific academic qualifications required.
