PROJECT ENGINEER (JUNIOR)

Description

From the engineering division P\u0026PD (ATS Global), we are seeking a Project Engineer for one of our clients — a company specialized in geotechnics, geophysics, and hydrogeology for renewable energy projects, located in Madrid Capital. The Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing and developing technical reports of hydraulic and civil nature for both national and international renewable energy projects. Key responsibilities include: * Preparation of hydrological, hydraulic, and drainage reports in Spanish and English. * Technical design of campaigns for foundation studies. * Preparation of Pull-Out Test and foundation reports in Spanish and English. * Critical thinking and engineering judgment regarding results. * Timely delivery and work efficiency. * Proficiency in technical software (ArcGIS, HEC\-RAS 2D, Advanced Excel, Global Mapper, CAD, etc). * Knowledge of and ability to apply relevant technical standards (Eurocode, GCOC, IC 5\.2, Road Manual, etc). * Occasional site technical visits. * Qualification: Degree \+ Master's in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) with specialization in hydraulics or Civil Constructions. * Experience: Minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years. * Languages: English level B2 or higher. * Proficiency in technical software (ArcGIS, HEC\-RAS 2D, Advanced Excel, Global Mapper, CAD, etc). * Knowledge of and ability to apply relevant technical standards (Eurocode, GCOC, IC 5\.2, Road Manual, etc). * Knowledge in hydrology, hydraulics, river channel modeling, and drainage. * Knowledge in geotechnics, foundations, structures, and soil mechanics. * Knowledge in the renewable energy sector is desirable (preferably photovoltaic). * Permanent employment contract directly with the client company. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit. * Joining an established company.
