At Prosegur, we are looking for a **Middleware Team Administrator** for our IT team. This position is based in Madrid and offers a hybrid work model (combining remote work with office attendance). **What will be your mission?** The selected candidate will join the Middleware department. The purpose of this role is to ensure the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Prosegur’s integrations across all technologies we manage, including WebLogic, load balancers, and application servers. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Management and administration of MuleSoft (installation, configuration, platform maintenance, and production deployments). * Management of Oracle WebLogic (installation, configuration, and administration). * Management and administration of RabbitMQ (installation, configuration, and administration of the messaging bus). * Management and administration of Apache and Apache Tomcat (installation, configuration, and administration of both). * Automation of production deployments, collaborating with the DevOps team. * 24x7 monitoring and support (on-call availability required). **What are we looking for?** * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering or FP II (Advanced Vocational Training). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar IT roles. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Experience in configuring, monitoring, scaling, and deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters (AKS and OpenShift). * Ability and willingness to produce documentation and generate reports. * Technical knowledge: * Operating systems: Windows, Linux. * Databases: Oracle and SQL Server. * Software load balancers, Layer 4 and Layer 7 (HAProxy, nginx). * Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). **What do we offer?** * Join an international team (present in 36 countries). * Work in a dynamic environment with an excellent workplace atmosphere. * Participate in strategic and disruptive projects. * Advance your professional career with a personalized career development plan. * Access top-tier training programs. * Enjoy flexible working hours and social benefits. * Participate in our Global Well-being Program. * Collaborate with our Foundation to build a fairer society. **Our Purpose and Values** “Caring for people and businesses to make the world a safer place, while remaining at the forefront of innovation” has motivated us for over 40 years.
