What will you do on the project? We are looking for a technically skilled Product Owner to join an insurance-sector project. You will be part of an international environment with distributed teams, working on defining, evolving, and delivering complex digital solutions. Your role will be to act as the bridge between business and technology, transforming requirements into clear, technically understandable specifications. Responsibilities: * Define, maintain, and prioritize the functional backlog. * Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. * Validate functional and business aspects of product enhancements and improvements. * Coordinate and govern application releases. * Provide functional support and prioritize incidents and issues identified during testing or field use. * Prepare and conduct functional demonstrations and walkthroughs. Your Profile To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable with: * Solid experience as a Product Owner managing complex products. * Prior experience as a developer (especially in Java). * Knowledge of relational databases. * Conversational English. * Hybrid work in Madrid.
