Will you join us?** From **Grupo RAS España**, we are recruiting a **RECRUITER** for our **RAS Professionals Division**, to work at our office in **Valls**. We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), HR Master’s degree, or similar. Minimum one year of experience in selecting technical profiles and middle management. For this position, intermediate English proficiency, advanced/native Catalan, and prior experience in temporary staffing and/or selection of qualified profiles are essential. In addition to specializing as a **PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER**, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory services, and client retention. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year of experience in personnel selection. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, HR Master’s degree, or similar. Customer- and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. One day of remote work per week. Availability to work on-site Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Intermediate English proficiency and advanced/native Catalan.
