If you are passionate about technology that delivers real impact in a sector undergoing profound transformation, this is your place. **YOUR ROLE AND CHALLENGES · WHAT YOU WILL DO** › **Development and enhancement:** Evolve a multi\-tenant SaaS platform for energy retailers (electricity and gas). › **Web architecture:** Build robust applications using PHP (Laravel and our proprietary framework), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3\. › **APIs and integrations:** Design and maintain REST APIs (token\/JWT authentication, middlewares, input validation) and connectors with ERP (Navision), Salesforce, electronic signature (Logalty), transactional email, and other third-party services. › **Asynchronous processes:** Develop and debug cron jobs, background jobs, and message queues (RabbitMQ), Redis locks, and high\-volume tasks. › **Data management:** Design, develop, and optimize both relational and non\-relational databases (MySQL and MongoDB). › **Team collaboration:** Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into high\-value technical solutions. › **Modern ecosystem:** Work in containerized environments with Docker, optimizing performance using messaging and caching services (RabbitMQ and Redis). › **Polyglot systems:** Integrate modules built on Java or .NET as required by project specifications. › **Clean Code culture:** Contribute to continuous code improvement by applying best practices, design patterns, and staying current with emerging trends. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? · YOUR PROFILE** › **Experience:** Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer with PHP. › **Core stack:** Solid expertise in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Slim or REST APIs, and frontend markup (HTML\/CSS). › **Databases:** MySQL and MongoDB for high\-volume queries and analytics. › **Systems and messaging:** Familiarity with Docker, Redis, and\/or RabbitMQ. › **Productivity and AI:** Cursor IDE, Copilot \/ LLM models (for code optimization, testing, and asynchronous refactoring). › **Applied AI and agents:** Practical experience with language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar), and\/or integration of RAG pipelines into real products. › **Technical bonus:** Prior knowledge of Java or .NET will be highly valued. › **Soft skills:** Analytical ability, problem\-solving orientation, attention to detail in deliverables, and collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills. **Especially valued:** – Knowledge of the Spanish electricity market (REE, OMIE\/MEFF, distribution companies, ATR, settlements, regulated billing). – Java\/\.NET expertise for coordination with other group services. – Automated testing for complex business logic. – Experience deploying autonomous agents or multi\-agent workflows in production environments. – Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or function calling for integrating LLMs with external systems. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU · YOUR BENEFITS** › **Stability:** Permanent contract with a legally defined probationary period. › **Compensation:** Competitive salary package with fixed \+ variable components tied to objectives. › **Flexibility:** Hybrid work model with genuine remote work options to balance your personal life. › **Growth:** Personalized career plan with real opportunities for professional development within NEMON. › **Culture:** A collaborative, dynamic, and innovative environment where your voice matters and your ideas generate impact from day one. › **Technical challenge:** Cutting\-edge, challenging, and continuously evolving technology projects within an expanding European group.
