**Your mission** ------------------ As a **Senior Energy Consultant**, you will be a key figure in making energy decisions for our clients. You will provide technical expertise, strategic vision, and analytical capabilities to anticipate risks and identify opportunities in a highly dynamic energy environment. **What will you do?** -------------- **Contracting strategy and risk management** * Develop optimal energy procurement strategies (electricity and gas), aligned with each client's needs and risk profile. * Analyze energy markets (OMIE, OMIP, MEFF) and regulated components to detect opportunities and risks. * Prepare technical and trend reports to support strategic decision-making. **Regulation and optimization** * Interpret current energy regulations and regulatory changes, translating their technical and economic impact for clients. * Design and implement energy efficiency plans, cost optimization, and emissions reduction strategies. * Identify improvements in tariffs, tolls, charges, and other regulated variables. **Advanced projects and stakeholder engagement** * Lead technical and economic proposals for advanced projects (PPA, self-consumption, CAEs, energy efficiency, green markets, etc.). * Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and other sector players, negotiating optimal conditions for clients. * Support public or private tender processes when necessary. **Innovation and internal leadership** * Drive innovation projects, digitalization, and continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies. * Act as a technical reference for junior profiles, providing mentoring, structure, and knowledge. * Contribute to the development of new solutions and analysis models that add differential value for clients. **What we offer?** ----------------- **Stability and professional growth** * Permanent contract and direct integration into the team. * Participation in a growing strategic project with real impact on the energy transition. * Opportunity to influence decision-making and lead initiatives within the department. **Competitive conditions** * Attractive remuneration aligned with your experience. * Split working hours from Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on Fridays, as well as during summer and Christmas periods. **Development and learning** * Ongoing training in energy markets, regulation, analysis tools, and new technologies. * Access to high-level methodologies, tools, and analysis models. * Space to propose new technologies and integrate AI tools into the workflow. **Culture and team** * Expert, collaborative, and excellence-oriented technical team. * Positive work environment, proximity, and cross-organizational support. **Requirements** ------------- **Experience** * More than **3 years of proven experience** in energy consulting or equivalent roles. **Technical knowledge** * Proficiency in wholesale and retail energy markets (OMIE, OMIP, indexed, curves, products, etc.). * Advanced knowledge of Spanish energy regulation (CNMC, BOE, PVPC, tolls, charges, hourly curves). * Ability to analyze consumption profiles and optimize tariffs and regulated cost structures. * Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools: **Advanced Excel, Power BI**. * Familiarity and practical use of artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). **Professional competencies** * Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills with sector stakeholders. * Analytical thinking, results orientation, and initiative. * Availability for occasional travel to clients or suppliers. **Will be valued positively** * Experience in advanced projects such as PPA, self-consumption, CAEs, energy efficiency, or green markets. * Prior participation in public tenders or industrial sector projects. **Location** * Possibility to work at one of our offices in Olot, Terrassa, or Barcelona, as well as the option to work remotely.
