This project provides academic support to young people aged 12 to 18 through individual and group work. We seek a candidate with prior experience in youth projects, who is communicative, responsible, capable of teamwork, and committed to ensuring proper project implementation. Conditions: * A temporary contract is offered until June, with potential for continuity. * Working hours: 17.5 h/week: Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 19:30. * Salary according to the Leisure Sector Collective Agreement, Coordinator of Activities category. The educator's main task is to plan and animate sessions and monitor participants. This space is designed to help young people improve their study habits, but also to interact with peers and engage in diverse dynamics and activities that foster their individual and social development. **Profile:** * High-level written and spoken Catalan and Spanish. * Certificate of no sexual offense convictions. * Education related to the educational field. * Prior experience in interventions with youth and children/adolescents at risk of social exclusion or with special educational needs. * Knowledge of District I of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat will be valued. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Capacity for learning, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 07/09/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 30/06/2027 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
