Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Barcelona to support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure excellence in customer service and sales. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth opportunities at C&A. **Your Responsibilities at C\&A** --------------------------------- As Assistant Store Manager of one of our stores in the province of Barcelona, you will report directly to the Store Manager and manage the team while assuming responsibilities. As a managerial support person, your duties will include: * Customer orientation: ensuring that the team properly orients/serves customers. * Supporting achievement of targeted sales results by identifying and optimizing sales opportunities. Ensuring follow-up and analysis of KPIs, and providing continuous feedback to your Store Manager. * Support in Marketing and Visual Merchandising. * People and Team: overseeing team training, motivation, and performance monitoring. * Ensuring daily sales floor priorities are met. Knowing the products available in-store and taking initiatives to promote them. **What We Expect From You** ----------------------- * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Assistant Manager role within the retail—fashion sector. * Experience handling high workloads. * Strong customer and team orientation. * Higher education preferred, especially in Commerce and Marketing or Business Administration. * Computer proficiency: user of office applications (Word, Excel, Access, email, etc.). * Advanced English language skills are desirable. * Availability to complete 1\-2 months of training across C\&A stores nationwide. * Willingness to work in a store located in the province of Barcelona.
