A bakery with café located in the Sant Andreu district (Barcelona) is seeking a baker to prepare daily production. An indefinite full-time contract is offered. \- Prepare doughs and products: thawing, fermenting, or shaping bakery and pastry items \- Monitor oven processes: adjust temperatures and timing \- Finishing and decoration of products: apply sugars, chocolates, final decorations to products \- Restocking products throughout the workday \- Customer service / handling customers Competencies / knowledge: Food handler certificate. Official high-risk certificate for working with ready-to-eat products. Allergen training. Valuable: Vocational training and/or courses in bakery-pastry, confectionery, or culinary arts and gastronomy. * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time schedule * Monthly gross salary: 1500 * Additional relevant information: Annual gross salary: 18\.000 Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
