We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with leadership capabilities to assume operational warehouse management and coordinate distribution logistics within a close-knit, solid work environment. * Real job stability: Future-oriented project with direct permanent employment upon successful completion of the initial period through the ETT. * Salary: €1,750 gross/month. * Work environment: Family-owned and fully established company in the region. Requirements * Qualification: Not required * Preferred qualifications: \- Valid forklift operator license and practical experience. + Experience or knowledge in the energy sector, gas distribution, or hazardous goods (ADR). + Basic computer skills / warehouse management tools and inventory control systems. + Agility in resolving last-minute logistical conflicts or incidents. * Required qualifications: \- Warehouse and inventory management: Control, receipt, storage location, and dispatch of goods (gas cylinders). + Logistics coordination: Planning and optimization of daily delivery routes, and leadership of the driver/delivery team. + Incident resolution: Direct handling and management of ad-hoc situations involving clients and suppliers. + Safety and organization: Ensuring order and safety at facilities, and strict compliance with current regulations. * Mandatory: \- Demonstrable experience in warehouse management, goods receipt, and logistics coordination. + Class B driving license and personal vehicle. + Residence in Vic or nearby areas (Osona county). + Availability for split shifts (Monday to Friday) and Saturday mornings during winter. + Organizational ability, autonomy, and leadership skills to manage the delivery team. + Good physical condition for day-to-day operational follow-up.
