This role contributes to formalizing/contractualizing sold services (projects and support), and supports quality and performance management. It is a key driver of continuous operational improvement and internal team change management in these areas. Key responsibilities include: * MONTH-END CLOSING MANAGEMENT + Manage and coordinate Sharp DX teams in recording and validating timesheets + Manage and coordinate Sharp DX teams in managing absences/vacations: declaration, validation, operational impact, production assurance + Ensure correct application of project expense and disbursement management + Support billing and serve as the primary liaison with the CFO for project tracking, declared time, and expenses linked to each client + Prepare monthly project closing analysis with input from Project Managers (status, pending tasks, etc.). This contribution is critical for financial closing and production forecast adjustments + Ensure reporting on these month-end operations for the Operations Director (time recording, project closings, etc.) * PROJECT QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT + Onboard new hires into operational processes + Manage staff departures from operational teams and ensure proper handover plan implementation + Prepare service contracts under the responsibility of Project Managers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Account Managers, and support contractual discussions with clients + Prepare and manage proper renewal of Run contracts + Contribute to improving project quality management within Sharp DX’s operating system (Fitnet Manager, JIRA) + Monitor project performance indicators (planning, budget, risks, quality), contribute to internal process implementation and fulfillment of commitments in coordination with Project Managers and Directors + Monitor Run performance indicators (backlogs, SLAs), contribute to internal process implementation and commitment fulfillment in coordination with CSMs, and support client-facing reporting + Ensure quality and performance reporting for the Operations Director, and escalate alerts * QUALITY MANAGEMENT + Manage and improve the internal operational process base with support from Process Owners + Manage and improve Knowledge Management for delivered services (documentation base) + Participate in quality and defect analysis initiatives: REX, Post Mortems, audits + Identify improvement areas and contribute to developing improvement plans + Support continuous quality and operational performance improvement projects + Prepare and ensure operational process change management with production teams **Candidate Profile** -------------------- **You are…** A university graduate in engineering or business administration with: * Over 5 years’ experience as a PMO, managing a portfolio of digital transformation projects and support/TMA contracts for Enterprise Services clients, preferably within a technology company * Expertise in contracting, billing, and closing digital transformation projects and services for financial closing and management control purposes * Proficiency in project management techniques to support quality and performance monitoring (planning, budgeting, risk management) * Strong communication skills in French (C1) and English, both oral and written * Excellent ability to coordinate diverse teams, providing purpose to work; to operate agilely and responsively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment; and to remain fully service-oriented toward teams and clients * Rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset, and experience handling multiple concurrent tasks * Proactivity and passion for continuous improvement and process automation * Advanced proficiency in IT tools **If you join us, you’ll enjoy…** ️ A pleasant working environment: bright offices in central Barcelona and unlimited coffee/tea Remote work: 3 days per week, plus the possibility to work from Paris or Perugia for several days Numerous events: 3-day seminar (Connect), keynotes, summer parties, Christmas parties… We love gathering and having fun!
