We are seeking a Household Appliances and Small Household Appliances (PAE) Sales Assistant with commercial experience and strong motivation to grow professionally within a highly innovative environment. As the visible face and specialist of the department, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing personalized, technical advice to customers on purchasing large and small household appliances. * Presenting attractively and demonstrating the functionality of the latest technological innovations from the catalog. * Managing sales closure, quotations, and financing arrangements. * Collaborating in maintaining proper product display and stock control in the store. What do we offer? * Highly attractive financial conditions: Annual gross base salary of €22.000 + an appealing productivity bonus + sales commissions. * Working hours: Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours. Flexible schedule (prioritizing split shifts during weekdays to facilitate work-life balance, or afternoon and Saturday morning/afternoon shifts). * Contract: Initial temporary employment through an ETT, with real prospects for continuity and stability. * Immediate start. Requirements * Qualifications: Not required * Preferred qualifications: \- Additional technical knowledge in telecommunications, entertainment systems, or technology solutions tailored for communities. + Prior knowledge or experience using digital sales management tools, invoicing software, or CRM systems. * Required competencies: \- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction and achieving commercial objectives. + Ability to work autonomously and proactively within the sales area. + Genuine interest in the home technology and digitalization sector. * Mandatory requirements: \- Prior experience: Proven sales experience, ideally in large household appliances, PAE, technology, or consumer electronics. + Languages: Fluent command of Catalan and Spanish for excellent public service. + Residence: Resident in the Osona region (preferably Vic or nearby areas). * Additional requirements: \- Professional appearance, commitment, and willingness to build long-term trust-based relationships with both customers and team members.
