Job Summary: We are seeking a Data & Analytics Delivery / Coordination Specialist to manage and coordinate platform transformation initiatives in Big Data, Machine Learning, and Analytics within Cloud environments, and to develop analytics use cases in finance. We are looking for a **Data \& Analytics Delivery / Coordination Specialist** with **3 to 5 years of experience**, for a role focused on **managing and coordinating Big Data, Machine Learning, and Analytics platform transformation initiatives in Cloud environments**, as well as developing and tracking data analytics use cases within financial institutions. The position has a clear focus on **management and coordination**, serving as the connecting point between business areas and technical teams, within technological transformation contexts of **Data, AI, and Cloud** systems and platforms in the financial sector. ### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate Data \& Analytics initiatives operationally, ensuring proper planning, prioritization, and execution of defined use cases. * Act as a liaison between business and technical teams (Data Engineers, ML Engineers, platform teams), ensuring alignment of objectives and expectations. * Manage the inventory of data analytics use cases: identification, prioritization, planning, tracking, and status control of initiatives. * Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar to track work progress and team evolution. * Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and potential blockers, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Communicate the status of initiatives clearly and structurally to various stakeholders, both technical and business. ### **Accountabilities** * Ensure orderly and efficient execution of Data \& Analytics initiatives, without direct hierarchical management of teams. * Facilitate collaboration between business and technology by translating functional requirements into executable initiatives for technical teams. * Supervise progress of work, adherence to deadlines, and proper delivery of value. * Maintain an overall view of the program or set of initiatives, identifying dependencies and critical points. * Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, promoting sound practices in management, coordination, and reporting. ### **Requirements** * **1 to 5 years of experience** in project management, coordination, or delivery roles within **Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation** environments. * Experience working with **Agile methodologies** and management tools such as **Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar**. * Functional knowledge of **data analytics** and major types of use cases (advanced reporting, descriptive and predictive analytics, ML models, etc.). * Ability to serve as an **interface between business and technical teams**. * General conceptual understanding of **Cloud environments and data platforms**. * Strong organizational, communication, priority management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **Data \& Analytics** programs or platforms. * Background in **consulting** or corporate environments. * **Agile, Project, or Product** certifications. * Functional-level experience in **Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)**.
