The position will focus primarily on administrative and operational support for the labor area, while also collaborating on recruitment and training processes, within a dynamic and continuously evolving industrial environment. **Our values are:** **Integrity** **– Teamwork** **– Positive and Passionate Attitude** **– Innovation** **– Pursuit of Excellence** **Main Responsibilities** * Administrative support in labor management: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, filing, and document management. * Support in payroll administration and resolution of administrative incidents. * Maintenance and updating of data in HR tools and systems. * Administrative management related to attendance control and incident tracking. * Internal customer service and support regarding operational HR matters. * Collaboration in recruitment processes: posting job offers, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up. * Administrative support in training: scheduling, recordkeeping, and documentation tracking. * Organization and archiving of HR department information. * General operational support to the team in day-to-day tasks. **Requirements** * Education in Labor Relations, HR, Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in personnel administration or HR departments is desirable. * Proficiency with office software and ease of use with management systems. * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. * Ability to work collaboratively and orientation toward internal customers. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in labor management and attendance control. * Familiarity with payroll and/or time-tracking tools. * Experience in industrial environments or companies with large workforces. **We Offer** * Temporary contract for 6 months. * Opportunity to join a dynamic environment with HR transformation projects. * Chance to gain cross-functional experience in labor management and personnel administration. * Integration into a close-knit and collaborative team. **If you seek a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities for professional growth, we’re waiting for you!**
