Could you be the **Production Quality Technician** in **Barcelona** we’re looking for? **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in an emerging field. You’ll work alongside young, proactive colleagues. You will be **responsible for ensuring the quality of products and parts manufactured within Alstom**. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the company (production), **perform inspections, verifications, tests, and sampling procedures according to applicable instructions for products ready for delivery and for products undergoing manufacturing—aligned with the project-specific control plan and internal procedures (with emphasis on special processes)**—and much more. Specifically, you will be responsible for **evaluating the measurement system to reduce cycle times and analyze results using root-cause analysis.** We’re looking for you to: * Perform inspections and ensure product conformity (post-rework verification). * Conduct dimensional measurements of manufactured parts (using laser/scanning equipment). * Carry out destructive and non-destructive testing when required. * Maintain inspection records per component, assembly, and vehicle. * Maintain quality documentation for components, assemblies, and vehicles. * Participate in joint inspections with customers. * Prepare approval documents. * Ensure proper calibration of critical equipment and instruments used in inspections. * Conduct analyses, studies, and investigations into quality defects or process issues. * Support production teams in self-inspections. * Escalate production-line incidents and ensure their effective resolution. * Improve the current measurement system. **All about you** We value passion and attitude above experience.
