Role Mission: Drive structural improvement of direct and indirect procurement, identifying efficiency opportunities and generating recurring savings, while implementing a robust supplier, process, and governance management model. The selected candidate will act as a change catalyst, ensuring autonomy and medium-term continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze procurement volume through ABC segmentation and structure the supplier map by category. - Conduct market benchmarking studies to identify immediate optimization opportunities. - Lead renegotiation processes with strategic suppliers. - Define and deploy multi-supplier strategies to reduce risk and enhance competitiveness. - Review and optimize logistics costs, both nationally and internationally. - Design a supplier evaluation, qualification, and monitoring system. - Develop and formalize the new Procurement Policy (procedures, criteria, approval workflows). - Train internal teams in negotiation, cost analysis, and supply risk management. - Draft the Procurement Manual, operational guidelines, and supporting templates. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) jointly with Management. Required Profile: - Residence in Osona or neighboring counties - Solid experience (+10 years) leading procurement functions in industrial environments. - Proven experience in indirect procurement and logistics. - Background in sectors such as food, packaging, or manufacturing industry - Skills in strategic negotiation and cost optimization - Executive profile, results-oriented - Experience in knowledge transfer and internal team development.
