Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment We are looking for a professional to manage the full payroll cycle at a rapidly growing accounting firm in Badalona. The position is temporary, and the primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire payroll cycle—from initial processing to finalization—while working with various companies to ensure proper administration of their human resources. Responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, resolving incidents, and applying current regulations. Proficiency with tools such as Sintra and Sistema RED is essential, as is familiarity with commonly used payroll management software in the sector—including A3 Nom, Sage, and Suasor—which will enable strong professional versatility. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll cycle management is required. Proactivity, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail—ensuring accuracy across all tasks—are highly valued.
