




Position Summary: Administrative support for HR, ensuring occupational health and safety, and promoting well-being, workplace culture, and digitalization within the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administrative support for HR tasks. 2. Promotion of employee well-being, workplace culture, and digitalization. 3. Management of health and safety in the work environment. Ensure administrative support for HR tasks and safeguard occupational health and safety. Support well-being and workplace culture initiatives and promote digitalization within the department. Coordination and management of PRL documentation (annual PRL plan, medical examinations, file archiving, and personnel file maintenance). Support in onboarding (documentation, system access, policies) and offboarding. Support and management in recruitment, development, and training. Administrative functions related to labor matters. Support in Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits. Daily administrative support for the department (workers' compensation insurance, PRL, internal communications). Monitoring of the Equality Plan and other related HR policies. * Experience: 2 years. 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR departments or management agencies. Experience in labor document management (employment contracts, payroll, PRL). * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP de Grado Superior) * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / Knowledge: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Human Resources Management, or a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, or related fields. Additional training in payroll, employment contracts, or labor legislation is desirable. Experience in labor document management (employment contracts, payroll, PRL). Advanced Office 365 and Excel skills. PRL knowledge is valued, including contract typologies. HR software knowledge is also valued. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (4 hours \- daily working hours) * Other relevant information: Medical insurance provided starting from the 6th month of employment.
