The selected candidate will play a vital role in day-to-day administrative HR management, providing key support to ensure departmental processes run smoothly. Main responsibilities include monitoring and recording staff working hours via the RP Kelio system, ensuring data accuracy to facilitate payroll and shift management. Additionally, the candidate will administer training through the Fundae platform, managing registrations, tracking attendance, and handling documentation required for subsidies. Maintaining up-to-date personnel databases is also required, efficiently and rigorously processing employee onboarding and offboarding. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are essential. Valued qualities include the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, effective problem-solving skills, and a firm commitment to quality in all assigned tasks. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification and at least one year of experience in a similar role are required. Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR department.
