Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase where you will have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and work collaboratively with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure coordination and operation of the section to guarantee supply, commercial implementation, and customer and team satisfaction, as well as achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * You will be a role model for your team: You will support and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth. * You will collaborate in supply management and ensure product flow through to sale. * You will implement commercial actions for your section to guarantee objective achievement. * You will support your manager in planning, team management, indicator tracking, and resolution of store incidents and needs. **What will make you succeed?** * Be enthusiastic, motivating, and communicative, as this will allow you to motivate your team, bring out the best in each person, and position yourself as a leader. * Previous experience in team management. * Your experience and operational vision in managing a section. Analytical ability and global vision to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. * **What will the selection process be like?** In the first stage, you will have an interview with a recruitment specialist, during which we will explain the project, responsibilities, and conditions we can offer you. In the second stage, you will have an interview with the regional manager and/or regional head to assess your technical expertise.
