Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric caregiver to assist and support elderly individuals in daily activities, ensuring their physical and mental well-being in a family-like environment. Working in a highly familiar environment by the sea Bell Resguard Residence offers a home for elderly people, providing a highly familiar atmosphere right on the waterfront. We are a suitable, adapted, and organized center catering to independent, dependent, bedridden individuals, and we also have a psychogeriatric unit. **Your Responsibilities:** We require a geriatric caregiver for our residence; responsibilities include: Assisting and supporting users with daily living activities they cannot perform autonomously (personal hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, postural changes), as well as providing personal care and environmental support, ensuring their physical and mental well-being. **We Offer 2 Positions:** **Position 1:** \- Contract type: Temporary contract with indefinite duration, with potential conversion to permanent contract. \- Working hours: 40 hours/week \- Schedule: 8:00–20:00, alternating between long and short weeks. \- Salary according to collective agreement: Between €1,150 and €1,250 per month, paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** \- Officially recognized qualification (minimum: vocational certificate in sociosanitary care for dependent persons in social institutions; intermediate-level nursing assistant diploma; TCAE; or equivalent). \- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, though not strictly mandatory. \- Must be available to work weekends.
