Requires flexibility and quality orientation Maintenance technician and repair specialist for accommodation apartments for individuals seeking international protection and/or refugees. \- Preventive maintenance and necessary repairs in accommodation apartments in Barcelona, Molins de Rei, and Sant Vicenç dels Horts \- Electrical work (installation, maintenance, and repair) \- Interior and exterior painting tasks \- Plumbing tasks (installation and maintenance of systems) \- Installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems * 2 years of experience. \- Medium-level vocational training. \- Two years of experience in a similar work environment. \- Identification with and affinity for the values of Bayt al-Thaqafa Foundation \- Flexibility and mobility. \- Quality orientation. * MEDIUM-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Driving license: A * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours
