**Your Key Objectives as a Treasury Technician?**
As a Treasury Technician, you will be part of the Treasury team and report directly to the Treasury Manager. Your mission will be to ensure control, execution, and monitoring of the group’s receivables and payables processes across multiple subsidiaries, guaranteeing efficient treasury management, credit risk management, and customer and supplier relationship management.
Additionally, you will contribute to analyzing and resolving incidents, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and the smooth operation of treasury processes.
As a Treasury Technician, your main responsibilities will be:
* Review and approve sales orders in accordance with established credit, risk, and collection policies.
* Monitor customer invoices to ensure timely and accurate collection.
* Manage incidents related to late or non-payments, negotiating with customers to reach satisfactory resolutions.
* Conduct credit checks and financial risk analysis of customers.
* Prepare periodic treasury reports, risk analyses, and incident summaries.
* Support commercial and business teams in sales processes and in managing customer proposals.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies related to treasury and credit management.
* Collaborate in financial audits by providing required information and documentation.
* Prepare payments and perform corresponding accounting entries.
* Use digital tools and AI-based solutions responsibly to optimize administrative tasks, information analysis, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
**About You**
--------------------
* Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance or equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or treasury management.
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP systems.
* Analytical ability, incident resolution skills, and attention to detail.
* You are organized, autonomous, and proactive, with strong priority management capabilities.
* B2 level English proficiency is preferred.
