At Hotel Casa Luz, we are looking for a kitchen assistant to join our breakfast team. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Prepare and organize ingredients according to the chef's instructions. * Collaborate in dish preparation and presentation assembly. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work areas. * Ensure proper food storage and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist with inventory management and product storage. * Adhere to the hotel's quality and presentation standards. **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants. * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude. * Culinary or professional cooking training is a plus. 30h/week Salary: €15,000.00–€17,000.00 per year Benefits: * Uniform provided Application Questions: * Do you have prior experience preparing breakfasts?
