We are seeking a professional with experience in managing digital training projects and leading teams, who wishes to drive development and innovation in health training. The selected candidate will join the training department, assuming a cross-functional role with direct impact on the quality, sustainability, and innovation of the training offerings. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Lead the development and evolution of digital training programs, ensuring pedagogical quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise digital training projects (from design through implementation and evaluation). * Manage and optimize an active portfolio of online training programs. * Coordinate\-with internal experts for content development and updates. * Ensure pedagogical quality standards and methodological innovation. * Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring its professional development and smooth day\-to\-day operation. * Supervise the learning platform and guarantee an optimal user experience. * Manage external providers, budgets, and associated administrative processes. * Collaborate with various organizational departments to identify training needs and respond effectively. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Full\-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * Permanent contract. * EstarBé Program: social benefits and wellbeing initiatives to support work\-life balance. **THE PROFILE WE SEEK:** * University degree in Pedagogy or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and managing digital training projects. * Experience and interest in educational innovation and learning methodologies. * Experience in team leadership and management. * Experience in instructional design and active learning methodologies. * Experience in health training environments. * Familiarity with the Moodle learning platform. **We encourage you to focus your application on your experience and competencies.
