Challenging projects in the automotive/automation industry We are hiring! Mechanical Engineer Team Leader Are you a technically passionate leader with expertise in mechanical design and automation? Join our global team and lead innovative projects with international teams. What will you do? * Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical engineers (including international sites and external suppliers). * Define concepts and lead conceptual and overall design; delegate 3D/2D modeling. * Select components and ensure technical and procurement feasibility. * Implement design standards, templates, and procedures. * Maintain technical relationships with clients and support proposals and quotations. Requirements * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field (Master’s degree or certifications preferred). * \+7 years in mechanical design; \+5 years leading multicultural teams. * Experience working with international teams (India experience is a plus). * ️ Willingness and ability to travel; valid passport/visa. * Fluent spoken and written English. Key Competencies * Manufacturing processes (machining, heat treatments, surface finishes). * Solid Edge / SolidWorks / DraftSight / AutoCAD. * Design for manufacturability, tolerancing, FMEA, finite element method. * Pneumatics/hydraulics, EPLAN, SAP, advanced Excel. * Green Belt 6Sigma and machinery regulations — plus.
