Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Content Manager to lead the evolution of technical documentation, optimizing the content lifecycle and ensuring its quality. Key Highlights: 1. With a team of approximately 75 people and offices in Martorell (Barcelona) and Mutilva (Pamplona), we continue growing—and we want to grow with you. **What will be your mission?** You will play a key role in evolving our technical documentation processes, leading the optimization of the content lifecycle while ensuring quality, consistency, and reusability. You will be a strategic figure in implementing and managing CCMS environments based on the DITA standard, contributing vision, structure, and best practices. **What will you do daily?** * Design and optimize workflows for creating, reviewing, and publishing technical content. * Implement and manage CCMS environments, defining taxonomies, metadata, and structures oriented toward reuse (topic-based authoring). * Collaborate closely with Engineering and IT teams to integrate systems and manage graphic assets (SVG). * Write and edit high-quality technical documentation in Spanish and, if possible, in English. * Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of content across various output formats. **What are we looking for in you?** * Solid experience working with **DITA**, applying principles of content structuring and reuse. * Practical knowledge of managing **CCMS or DMS**, whether in configuration, administration, or migration. * Excellent technical writing skills in Spanish. * Analytical ability to design and improve documentation processes. * Strategic vision of information architecture and commitment to continuous improvement. **What do we offer you?** * Flexible hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 remotely. * Ongoing internal training to support your continued development. * A close-knit, collaborative, and human-centered environment where kindness and respect are part of everyday life.
