Yes, our 7500 colleagues know why they choose **H.Essers.** We hope you’ll soon understand why too! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Opening and managing shipment files. * Receiving customer cargo orders for assigned countries. * Managing and coordinating customer shipments from pickup to final destination delivery, ensuring material arrival while optimizing cost and minimizing delivery time. * Managing contacts and executing commercial/operational tasks with correspondents. * Booking transportation means and communicating with transport companies. * Closing shipments (accurate forecasting of costs and revenue). * Receiving documentation from customers, freight forwarders, direct customers, and correspondents in destination countries. * Preparing transport documentation. * Promoting or facilitating potential visits to customer companies. * Meeting individual KPIs and metrics. * Following standard protocols. * Reporting incidents. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Technical training specific to international road transport; university degree in Logistics and/or International Trade. * Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in land-based import/export operations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel).
