Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Cargo professional to provide administrative and operational support in project cargo forwarding, managing imports, exports, and designing logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and operational support in project cargo forwarding. 2. Management of imports and exports. 3. Design of value-added logistics solutions for project cargo. We are looking for a Project Cargo professional to join a well-established international freight forwarding company located in Castelldefels. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibility: administrative and operational support in project cargo forwarding. * Processing of imports and exports. * Operational management and quotation to direct clients for project cargo, understanding each client’s specific needs and offering appropriate solutions aligned with the company’s tools and processes. * Supporting the design of value-added logistics solutions for project cargo that optimize the supply chain. * Using internal tools for data analysis, KPI tracking, and achievement of objectives. **Benefits:** * Salary: commensurate with qualifications and experience * Flexible working hours: + Monday to Thursday: 08:00 / 09:00 to 17:00 / 18:00 (1-hour lunch break) + Friday: 08:00 \- 14:00 / 09:00 – 15:00 * Remote work: 2 days per week (once the candidate is fully onboarded and able to work autonomously) * Shared medical insurance (50% employee, 25% for family members) * Work location: Castelldefels, Barcelona. * Permanent contract * Languages: intermediate English * Experience: minimum 3 years in freight forwarding; experience in project cargo is an advantage * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Education: Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or related field. * Knowledge: International transport logistics, customs procedures, consignments, import/export documentation, Incoterms, international trade. * Soft Skills: customer orientation, strong organizational and planning skills, proactivity and problem-solving ability, sound decision-making judgment, creativity, eagerness to learn, and teamwork.
