Packaging Development Specialist Designer (Temporary)

Job Summary: This role involves managing artwork development, ensuring timely delivery and quality, and providing administrative support within the Supply Chain department. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in administrative management of design and artworks Reporting to the Packaging Development Coordinator within the Supply Chain department, this person will be assigned the following responsibilities: * Manage and carry out all necessary activities to ensure that artworks and CPS publication are delivered on time, within the established deadlines and at optimal quality. Carry out all necessary activities to manage materials to be destroyed due to artwork changes and provide support in administrative tasks. * Manage print\-proof editing. Outsource work as needed. * Manage keyline editing. * Manage mock\-up editing for the RA department and/or customers. * Manage artworks for product launches, ensuring compliance with defined lead\-times. * Create and review INI files. **WE OFFER:** * The opportunity to join a dynamic work environment based on trust and transparency. * Flexible working hours: (Monday to Friday: arrival between 07\.00 and 10\.00; Monday to Thursday: departure between 16\.00 and 19\.00 – 30-minute lunch break; Friday: departure between 15\.00 and 19\.00 – 30-minute lunch break). * Temporary contract through an ETT to cover maternity leave (until approximately September). Possibility to extend the contract. * Attractive salary package and subsidized company cafeteria. * CFPS in Graphic Design and Production Management / Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design and Development * English: Advanced level (spoken, written, and comprehension) * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions related to design management, artworks, customer service, etc. * We seek individuals oriented toward quality and detail, with strong organizational and planning skills, methodical, systematic, and people-oriented.
