Would you like to join the leader in ecological transformation? At Veolia, we are looking for a Senior Engineer as Maintenance Manager for our headquarters in Zona Franca to manage various contracts within our healthcare delegation.
Main responsibilities include managing contracts across the following areas:
Technical:
* Management and execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, conductive, and multi-technical maintenance.
* Preparation of required maintenance reports for the client (subsidiary), as well as maintaining information in an orderly and accessible manner.
* Compliance with technical-legal, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance obligations under contracts.
* Others.
Team: team of supporting engineers and 25 field technicians
* Shift scheduling and annual calendar planning
* Analysis, support, and training of the maintenance team
* Conflict resolution
* Identification of needs
* Others
Client / Financial:
* Contract financial management
* Monitoring and achievement of contract financial KPIs
* Direct liaison with the client (subsidiary)
* Prospecting for new opportunities
* Purchase requests via software system coordinated with the Procurement Department
* Others
OHS / Quality & Environment:
* Ensuring compliance with OHS requirements
* Monitoring and achievement of quality KPIs
* Monitoring and achievement of environmental KPIs
* Others
And any other tasks arising from the position.

**Requirements**

* Technical Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Energy/Building/Electrical Engineering, or related Master’s degree...
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance with personnel reporting to the candidate; experience managing hospital maintenance contracts is preferred
* Motivation to build a professional career in this field
* A proactive individual eager to learn and motivated by their work
* Strong client interaction and team management skills
