Main Responsibilities * Operational direction and organization: routines, minimum protocols (1–2 pages), decision-making pathways, and incident tracking. * Leadership of contracted professionals and volunteers: setting objectives, monitoring progress, managing tensions, and overseeing the full volunteer cycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, care, recognition, and departure). * Implementation of the Strategic Plan: annual operational plan, quarterly traffic-light monitoring, and a basic system of impact evidence. * Projects and resources: development and monitoring of projects and grants, portfolio of funding calls, and coordination of resource acquisition and supporter base. * Partnerships: relations with public administrations, organizations, businesses, and the local community network. * Ethics and privacy: criteria for image and data use, and impact reporting free of stigma. **Profile:** Profile We Seek Education: * University degree preferably in social, economic, management, public administration, or social sciences fields (Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, or similar). * Specialized training in third-sector organization management, social project management, foundation governance, or fundraising is valued. * Complementary training in team leadership, conflict mediation, or organizational change management is desirable.
