Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to design and develop complete electronic systems (hardware and firmware) for industrial weighing systems, leveraging artificial intelligence. Our goal is to continue developing the next generation of weighing equipment by combining advanced electronics, embedded systems, and AI applied to product development. Role Mission We seek an engineer capable of designing and developing complete electronic systems (hardware and firmware), utilizing AI tools to accelerate new product development. The successful candidate will participate in the full development cycle: from initial concept through functional prototyping and validation. Responsibilities What You Will Do in This Role * Design electronic hardware for industrial weighing systems * Develop schematics and PCBs for new devices * Integrate load cells, sensors, and measurement electronics * Design analog electronics for high-precision signal measurement * Select microcontrollers and peripherals * Develop or collaborate on embedded firmware * Build prototypes, perform bring-up, and validate hardware * Debug hardware and firmware using laboratory instrumentation * Generate BOMs, technical documentation, and manufacturing files * Use AI tools to accelerate hardware and firmware development What Type of Products You Will Develop What Type of Products You Will Develop **You will work on hardware development for:** * Industrial weighing indicators * Connected smart scales * Weighing systems integrated into production lines * High-precision weight measurement equipment Requirements Requirements * Experience in electronic hardware design * Experience in PCB design * Knowledge of analog electronics and signal acquisition * Programming in C / C\+\+ for embedded systems * Experience with industrial buses: I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN * Experience with EDA tools such as KiCad, Altium, or similar * Ability to develop a product from concept to functional prototype * Experience using AI for technical development Highly Desirable * Experience in electronic instrumentation or measurement systems * Experience with load cells and weighing electronics * Knowledge of metrology or weighing regulations * Experience with STM32 or ESP32 Benefits What We Offer * Opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative weighing equipment * Direct involvement in the R\+D department * High degree of technical autonomy * Direct impact on the development of new products * Technologically advanced industrial environment with an international outlook We are looking for an engineer passionate about electronics and product development, with a practical mindset and the ability to transform ideas into real-world devices.
