These will be your main responsibilities:** * Define and execute validation procedures and tests for new designs, software versions, applications, test configurations, and modifications to existing products prior to their production launch. * Define, improve, and document standard procedures for calibration, adjustment, and validation of manufactured power converters, carried out by production line validation technicians. * Automate calibration, adjustment, and validation procedures on the production line to optimize process time and the quality of manufactured converters. * Provide technical support and guidance to production line technicians, especially when issues arise during the validation process. * Diagnose and repair power converters exhibiting failures during the manufacturing process. * Collaborate with the technical support team and external partners to: * analyze and resolve technical issues related to products, * improve validation tools for electronic boards designed by Cinergia, * diagnose electronic boards that have exhibited problems during validation processes. * Prepare technical reports. * Perform other tasks assigned by the Engineering and Operations Department managers. **Benefits offered at your workplace:** * Direct, permanent contract with the end client. * Stable project with professional growth potential. * Work model: hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week). * Flexible working hours. * Competitive salary, negotiable according to the candidate’s experience and expertise. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. * More than 5 years of experience working as a validation, calibration, or field service/commissioning engineer for electrical/electronic equipment. * Solid proficiency in basic electrical instrumentation, especially oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and data loggers. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Structured and meticulous mindset. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Good spoken and written English proficiency. * Competent use of standard office applications, including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, and common email platforms.
