Description

A Barcelona-based company requires two Telecommunications Technical Engineers to lead Mainframe & Corporate Database projects within the team. It is mandatory to hold a disability certificate with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%. Knowledge of JCL and SAS languages; TCP/IP; IMS and DB2. Experience in IT infrastructure. Knowledge of the Mainframe environment at the operating system level (z/OS), especially components affecting its performance (WLM, IRD, etc.). Experience in operational and systems technician-level batch job management. The objective is to establish a unified scheduler vision and a technological roadmap, together with the surrounding tools, to mitigate risks and adapt it to the new capabilities of the Z platform. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break), and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
