Behind every store lies an operation that cannot stop—and that’s where you come in. **Your mission** We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our entire network of stores and outlets—from airports to streets in Barcelona or shopping malls. You will be the person connecting store operations with the technical providers who keep them running: identifying, negotiating, and coordinating the necessary services at each point of sale nationwide. **What you will do** * Identify and negotiate maintenance service budgets (electricity, HVAC, minor civil works, locksmithing, etc.) with national providers. * Coordinate a team of in-house and external technicians, prioritizing incidents based on their impact on operations. * Monitor service quality and compliance with agreed terms for each provider. * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for our facilities. * Travel occasionally to supervise stores and projects. **What we are looking for** * Proven experience coordinating maintenance in retail, organized foodservice, or multi-site environments; we value real-world track record over formal qualifications. * Strong negotiation skills with providers and budget management capabilities. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks across multiple locations simultaneously. * Valid driving license (Class B). Motivation to take on a nationally visible role within a growing group. **What you’ll find at ENRIQUE TOMÁS** Contract: Permanent, full-time. Salary: €30,000–€38,000 gross per year, depending on experience. **Location:** Office at our headquarters in Badalona; no on-call duties or after-hours availability required. **Travel:** All expenses fully covered by the company. **Project:** Join a sector-leading group with strong growth prospects and direct visibility to senior management.
