Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Charcutier/Charcutière skilled in manual ham slicing and charcuterie slicing, with a strong focus on customer service and product presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manual ham slicing and charcuterie slicing with careful presentation. 2. Customer consultation on maturation, origins, and wine/food pairings. 3. Assembly, decoration, and maintenance of the fresh products display section. The Charcutier/Charcutière will work in Vilassar de Mar, performing manual knife-cut ham slicing and slicing of charcuterie, cheeses, and smoked products, ensuring careful presentation and maximum product utilization. Provide customers with advice on maturation, origins, and pairings of wines and preserved foods. Be responsible for assembling, decorating, and maintaining the fresh products display section, as well as collaborating with the team on restocking and general customer service. Full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 2 years of experience in charcuterie roles, preferably in gourmet environments or high-end specialty stores. * We seek a proactive individual with strong attention to detail. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. **Spanish:** fluent Catalan: fluent * Specialized training in ham slicing, cheesemaking, and charcuterie is desirable.
