Fixed on 28/05/2026 Job Description For a leading Garrotxa-based company specializing in plastic injection and manufacturing of technical parts for industry, we are seeking a Customer Quality Manager. Reporting directly to the Quality Management Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer-oriented quality and acting as the primary liaison between the company and its national and international customers, ensuring accurate internal translation of quality requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Act as the direct liaison with customers on quality matters, managing requirements, incidents, and technical follow-up. * Manage internal and external non-conformities, from initial containment and tracking of necessary replacements through root cause analysis, definition of corrective actions, and verification of their effectiveness. * Track customer complaints and coordinate required actions with relevant departments. * Actively participate in the implementation, maintenance, and updating of quality management systems in accordance with applicable standards and certifications. * Collaborate in the development and industrialization of new projects, participating in quality tools such as FMEA. * Identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective and preventive actions for both newly developed parts and already approved references. * Ensure compliance with standards associated with IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001\. * Maintain constant coordination with production plant, manufacturing, engineering, and other involved areas to ensure appropriate responses to incidents and customer requirements. Requirements * Qualification: University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: \- Experience in managing customer complaints and resolving non-conformities. + Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools. + Experience in production environments with high technical and documentation requirements. + Ability to confidently operate between production floor and customer. * Mandatory: \- Knowledge of the plastic and/or automotive sector. + Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001\ standards. + High level of English, minimum B2\. + Willingness to travel occasionally. + Problem-solving profile with initiative, analytical capability, and communication and negotiation skills.
