This professional will be responsible for ensuring that all quality processes related to the installation and operation of photovoltaic systems comply with established standards and current regulations. ### **Responsibilities** * **Supervise and coordinate** quality process compliance in photovoltaic energy projects. * **Conduct internal quality audits** and generate detailed reports on findings. * **Implement and monitor** corrective and preventive action plans in case of deviations from quality standards. * **Establish and maintain** effective communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of materials and services used in projects. * **Collaborate** with other departments to foster continuous improvement of processes and products. * **Train staff** on best practices in quality and applicable regulations within the photovoltaic sector. * **Conduct field quality inspections**, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulations. * **Analyze quality data** and prepare reports for senior management on quality system performance. * **Participate** in defining and reviewing the company's quality standards. ### **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in quality supervision, preferably in the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector. * **Knowledge** of quality regulations and standards applicable to the photovoltaic industry. * Valid **60-hour PRL Course** * **Leadership skills** and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Proactivity** and ability to solve problems efficiently. * **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** for interacting with various stakeholders. * Proficiency in computer tools and quality management software. ### **Benefits** * Join a growing company committed to sustainability and clean energy. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary package and additional benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
