Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, your **mission** will be to comprehensively manage building maintenance for public and private clients, ensuring technical service quality, economic control, and customer satisfaction—through coordination of internal and subcontracted resources, and rigorous monitoring of business performance indicators. Key **responsibilities** include: * Planning annual preventive maintenance activities. * Maintaining continuous communication with each client’s responsible parties, resolving incidents and identifying new needs. * Supervising technical maintenance work (preventive, corrective, and statutory) carried out at each facility. * Managing and motivating the team under your responsibility (shift planning, training, performance, and workplace climate). * Preparing, presenting, and negotiating budgets and economic proposals for services and minor works. * Monitoring the contract’s profit-and-loss account, controlling costs and margins. * Managing specialized subcontractors, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Controlling technical and legal documentation (certificates, maintenance plans, occupational health and safety documentation, etc.). * Implementing and supervising continuous improvement and energy optimization plans for buildings. * Reporting periodically to Management on operational, financial, and customer satisfaction KPIs. * Placing orders for materials and spare parts required for maintenance. * Ensuring compliance with current regulations regarding facilities, safety, and environmental matters. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. * Office hours: 08:30h to 17:30h. * Compensation package: fixed + variable. * A close-knit and committed team fostering a positive working environment where your contribution truly makes a difference. **Benefits:** * Growth opportunities and stability, with continuous training to support your professional development. * Company vehicle * Engineering degree (Technical or University level) is mandatory. * Valid driver’s license. * A 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) course is highly valued. * Prior experience in industrial HVAC installation maintenance and personnel management is highly desirable.
