In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between product strategy, user insight, technical understanding, and delivery. First 90 Days - 30 days - Get immersed in our product suite, user base, and problem domain. - Understand existing user journeys, key business rules, compliance landscapes, and technical constraints. - Learn the team’s workflows, discovery practices, and design artefacts. - 60 days - Begin leading solution design work for upcoming initiatives. - Work directly with cross\-functional teams to structure uncertainty, validate requirements, and provide clear process flows, wireframes, and rationale that support backlog definition. - 90 days - Fully own end\-to\-end solution design for one or more product areas. - Drive alignment across Product, XD, Engineering, and stakeholders. - Actively influence roadmap direction through insight into user needs, legislation, business constraints, and technical considerations.
