This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience in the field of human resources. The responsibilities you will support and participate in include: \- Database management and job position creation in E \- OER. \- Assistance to assigned workers. \- Monitoring of PRL training through the Preventor platform. \- Filing, reviewing, and tracking of time sheets. \- Receiving communications. \- Preparing contracts, registrations and cancellations in the RED system, working hour adjustments, terminations, among others. \- Managing and processing workplace accidents. \- Other tasks inherent to the position. If you are a university student or recent graduate in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related degrees/master's programs, and wish to apply your knowledge and gain hands-on experience in HR, do not hesitate to apply! ### **Requirements** \- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or Business Administration; or a Master's degree in HR or similar. \- Availability to formalize a university internship agreement. \- Availability to follow one of the two proposed schedules. \- Residence near the La Campana area in BCN Capital. This selection process is based on objective criteria of professionalism, merit, and capability. ### **What We Offer** \- Contract type: Internship. \- Duration: As per agreement. \- Schedule: Part-time mornings from 9:00 to 14:00 hours, or full-time from 09:00 \- 14:00 and 15:00 \- 18:00 hours, depending on the student’s availability. \- Remuneration: Compensation between 400 \- 640€, depending on the student’s working hours. \- A university/school internship agreement is mandatory. \- Start date: March 2026\.
